Terms of Service
1. Authorization-Only Architecture
Truvo ("the Service") operates exclusively as an authorization-routing layer. The Service issues virtual payment credentials that interact with external card networks under authorization-only semantics. The Service does not custody, hold, settle, or move user funds outside of the limited window required to satisfy a pre-approved merchant authorization.
You acknowledge that all capture events occur at the discretion of the merchant's acquiring bank and that the Service may decline, reverse, or terminate any authorization that violates your configured card rules.
2. Identity Verification (KYC) Passthrough
Identity verification is performed via a third-party identity provider (Stripe Identity or equivalent). The Service does not store government-issued ID images, biometric templates, or raw verification artifacts. The Service stores only a pass/fail status and a reference token returned by the provider.
3. Liability Disclaimer
This platform is a UI wrapper for payment authorization. We are not a bank. We do not hold deposits.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. The Service is not liable for merchant disputes, chargeback outcomes, failed authorizations, or any downstream consequence of your configured card rules. You assume full responsibility for all cards, group splits, and authorization holds you create.
4. Subscription & Termination
Access to the Service is gated by an active $7/month subscription. The Service may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, suspected fraud, or violation of acceptable-use policy. Upon termination, all active cards are burned and pending authorizations are voided.
